Starting in February, join us for a course designed to teach you how to backpack safely in Alaska and get you strong enough to face any obstacle the trail (or life) might throw at you. Details below.

Group classes are every other Monday from 7-8 pm, February 15 to June 21.

Fit For Adventure Course

Learn everything you need to feel confident in the backcountry.

Includes all of these elements!
  • Three guided trips
  • Ten bi-weekly classes
  • Two one-on-one check-ins
  • A weekly mileage plan
  • A set of therapy balls
  • The option to add a personalized strength training plan

Over ten-sessions, you’ll learn:

  • Backpacking and hiking safety
  • What gear you need and what you don’t
  • How to pack efficiently
  • How to prepare delicious camp food
  • How to regain mobility and strength for natural movement for the trail and camp
  • How to plan trips on your own
  • Leave no Trace principles

And you’ll gain:

  • The physical and mental strength to face common obstacle the trail (or life) might throw at you
  • A community of like-minded people to share in adventures!
