When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program centered around your current fitness level and ultimate fitness goals. Your coach will tailor a program specifically to you and track your progress over the course of your sessions.
For those who thrive in a class setting, we highly recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
