TeenFit is an ongoing group class program specifically created for Teens
Whether you want to try something different, learn new skills, or improve your sports performance, TeenFit is for you!
Teens’ will be introduced to proper lifting technique, basic weight training principles, and learn about important but often missed aspects of athletics like nutrition, sleep, and active recovery.
Tuesdays and Thursday starting 3:30-4:30pm
