"It would not be overly dramatic or an exaggeration to say that CrossFit, and this gym in particular, have changed my life."

Of course, there have been physical changes, but that is only part of the benefit. I am 62 years old and started doing CrossFit two years ago as part of a longer-term plan to eventually hike the Appalachian Trail as a thru-hike. In late September 2019 I broke my ankle in 3 places (not at the gym) and had to have surgery in early October. I was out for four months and am convinced that having done CrossFit for almost 2 years at that time helped me recover from my injury. I have now returned and am supported and encouraged as I continue to recover and incorporate Crossfit once again. But the changes for me have not just been physical. Many of the changes have been psychological in the way that I think and approach challenges and hard work in general. I have learned to be more patient with myself, more kind to myself and accepting of where I am on any given day. Whether at the gym or not. All of this is due to the leadership which supports this gym (Meg Walsh), the coaches who work under this leadership, and the awesome members who work along side me on their own personal journey. Redox gym incorporates the best and safest practices, simultaneously challenging and supporting, no matter where you may be physically. In summary, this is time and money extremely well spent.
